Project Administrator

Ensuring that the design work is of sufficient quality and that all directives are being followedCollaborating with your team and with other departments to achieve design goalsWorking to meet the expectations of the customer or clientDelegating work where necessary and reviewing that work when it has been completedCreating innovative ideas and designs and putting them into a context that the rest of the team and the client/customer can understandDeveloping a budget and analyzing that budget regularly to ensure it remains tenableMentoring and guiding team members and motivating them to achieve their goals and yoursConducting team training on developments within the design world or new business guidelines**Job Requirements**:- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree- Has more than 5 years of hands-on working experience with leading a team- Basic knowledge of design software such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, Blender, AutoCAD etc is advantage- Ability to work independently and able to articulate taught with a proactive approach- A mature team player with pleasant personality and positive attitude- Good leadership and excellent communication skills - both written and oral- Effective supervisory and organizational skills- Responsible, detail and result-oriented with high integrity honesty and professionalism- Independent and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.- The ability to produce quality projects consistently- Basic technical knowledge of the design process from brainstorming to end product- A creative drive and a keen eye for innovative ideas and trends- The patience and determination to resolve issues in a timely manner**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to Friday
