**Responsibilities**Provides administrative project or process support to relieve and assist department managers or staff of administrative details and duties. Responsibilities may include general department duties such as ordering office supplies, reception duties and scheduling meetings, etc., as well as executing and reporting on research and data analysis projects. May be required to coordinate activities between departments and/or outside parties. Interacts with company personnel at all organizational levels. May be required to perform duties of a critical or confidential nature.- Perform daily administrative duties such as data entry, documentation processing, and filing systematically.- Responsible for procurement and management of office supplies, asset management, office equipment maintenance, arrange regular housekeeping- Assist in arranging for appointments/meetings and take notes/minutes where necessary- Assist in generating reports and perform data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned**Requirements**:- Have related working experience in Admin is an added advantage- Possess positive and good working attitude, hardworking, team player, can follow instruction- Good working knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point.- Discreet and able to handle private and confidential information.- Be flexible, easily adapt to changes and comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.- Able to read and write in Mandarin will be an added advantage.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- How long is your notice period to your current employer?- Are you Malaysian?**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Cyberjaya (preferred)
