Join our dynamic team as a Project Administrator and play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of exciting projects.
Your responsibilities will include: Managing day-to-day project documentation and administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.
Organizing and maintaining project documents, ensuring they are easily accessible and properly sorted.
Handling the control of inbound and outbound project documentation with precision.
Recording meeting minutes and preparing project reports, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project needs are met effectively.
Coordinating with external stakeholders such as TNB, consulting firms, and local authorities on licensing and documentation requirements.
Taking on additional responsibilities as the project evolves and your skills grow.
  Requirements Bachelor's Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Diploma in Engineering, Science, or a related field.
Must have your own transportation.
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays when needed.
Willingness to travel for project needs.
