Project Administrator

-Liaise with sales team and partners to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals


-Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement


-Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones


-Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output


-Strategically create project plans, create a timeline, and set benchmarks


-Manage the import and export process by coordinating with freight forwarders, customs and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods


-Coordinate with the import and export logistics team to arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays


-Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists and customs declarations


-Generate audit reports as required by sales/client

-Preferably 2 years and above related working experience


-Ability to thrive under pressure


-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail


-Proficient in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Drive


-Good written and verbal communication skills and fluent in English


-Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
