This role supports project planning and execution while assisting in the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities:
Project CoordinationSupport project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution.
Track milestones, identify delays, and propose solutions to maintain project momentum.
Facilitate communication between departments, stakeholders, and vendors to align on project goals.
SOP ManagementAssist in drafting, updating, and organizing SOPs to meet operational goals.
Collaborate with departments to gather feedback and ensure SOPs are clear and practical.
Monitor SOP adherence, highlighting areas for improvement.
Communication and DocumentationPrepare project plans, status reports, and SOP manuals.
Document meetings, including agendas, action points, and follow-ups.
Maintain clear records of communications and SOP revisions.
Task and Workflow ManagementAssign and track tasks using project management tools, ensuring accountability.
Identify workflow inefficiencies and assist in implementing improvements.
Support team members to ensure tasks align with project goals and SOPs.
Data Collection and ReportingCollect and analyze data on project progress and SOP implementation.
Prepare performance metrics and reports to support decision-making.
General SupportAssist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and file organization.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and handle ad-hoc tasks as needed.
