-Project Management
-Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for security systems, from planning and design to implementation, testing, and handover.
-Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
-Collaborate with clients to determine their security needs and ensure that project objectives align with those requirements.
-Manage subcontractors, vendors, and other external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project components.

2. Technical Engineering
-Configure, install, and test integrated security management solutions, including access control, surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
-Work with IT teams to integrate security systems with existing network and infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and system stability.
-Provide technical expertise in selecting hardware, software, and other technologies suited to client requirements and project goals.
-Troubleshoot technical issues during and post-implementation, performing root-cause analysis to prevent future occurrences.
-Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols, data protection standards, and industry best practices.
3. System Design and Integration
-Design system architecture and layouts to optimize security and minimize blind spots or vulnerabilities.
-Develop and document detailed engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and configurations for system implementation.
-Integrate multiple security platforms (e.g., CCTV, access control, video analytics) into a single, unified management solution.
-Customize software configurations to meet unique client needs and industry-specific requirements.
4. Quality Control and Compliance
-Conduct testing and quality assurance checks to confirm that systems meet performance specifications and safety standards.
-Ensure that all security systems comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ISO 27001 for information security.
-Prepare detailed reports and documentation for quality assurance, client sign-off, and system certifications.
5. Client and Stakeholder Support
-Provide training to client teams on system use, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
-Act as a primary point of contact for technical support during and after project completion.
-Gather feedback post-deployment to assess satisfaction and identify potential improvements for future projects.
-Prepare technical documentation, including user manuals, maintenance procedures, and support guides.
6. Continuous Improvement and Knowledge Development
-Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in security management solutions.
-Recommend system upgrades, new features, or additional services that may benefit clients based on emerging technologies.
-Document lessons learned and contribute to the organization's knowledge base to improve future project implementations.

-Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Experience: 2+ years in project management or engineering roles related to security systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
-Technical Skills: Proficiency in CCTV, access control, and intrusion detection systems; knowledge of IP networking and cybersecurity principles.
-Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project), and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
-Certifications (preferred): PMP, CISSP, or certifications in relevant security technologies (e.g., Genetec, Lenel, or Milestone systems).
-Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, and client relationship management skills.
-Willing to travel outstation and overseas even at short notice period.
