Project Assistant (Based In Singapore) (Open For Fresh Graduates)

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Assistant to join our team.
The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of various projects, ensuring their smooth and efficient delivery from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: • Communicate effectively with exhibitors and internal teams to ensure project  requirements are clearly understood and executed • Support on-site project activities, including set-up and dismantle.
• Provide general administrative support to the project management team as needed.
• Prepare quotation, invoicing, purchase order, tender document, etc.
• Undertake assignments on site and to ensure proper filing and documentation are maintained • Handle enquiries from exhibitors and attend meetings as required • Brief suppliers for the exhibitors' orders • Responsible for the consolidation of travel expenses claim, taking minutes, arrange overseas and local couriers, collect payments on-site/before move-in.
