Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
Assist project managers in planning and coordinating project activities to ensure timelines and milestones are met.
Prepare project documentation, including reports, proposals, and presentations, to communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
Conduct research and gather data to support project execution and decision-making.
Collaborate with team members to track project progress and maintain project schedules.
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, taking minutes, and maintaining project files.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
Monitor project budgets and assist with financial reporting as needed.
Identify potential risks and challenges in projects and help develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
Preferably Malaysian, fluent with Bahasa Malaysia and English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin would be an advantage.
A diploma or degree in project management, business administration, or a related field.
Previous experience in project support or administration is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
