Prepare CAD drawing & construction plans. Assist and manage execution of store renovation activities and to ensure on time project delivery. Liaise with mall management, landlord, contractor, supplier on the assigned projects. Liaise with Regional in buying exercise & inventory- Lighting & Eden Fixtures. Prepare tender document & final account for Refit store. Prepare CapEx & and other related admin works. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Interior Design / Architecture / Project Management or equivalent. At least 4 years of working experience in the related field (preferably retail operations-related) for this position. Skillful in AutoCAD / Sketch-up/ 3D. Familiar in Microsoft Word, Power Point & Excel / Report Format. Familiar with Tender Process, Contract Management and Construction Scheme. Able to work independently and results-driven.
