Role Overview and Objectives
The Project Billing Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the consistent financial management of projects and contracts in Datacom's business operations. This role supports best practice in all aspects of the set-up and ongoing monitoring of active projects and contracts, across both Professional Services and Managed Services in order to manage data, bill correctly, and provide accurate financial data.
Knowledge
Project administration
Financial management and analysis, including:
P&L oversight
Budget setting and forecasting Work-in-progress
Invoicing
Relevant IT services experience
Solid experience in dealing with senior level stakeholders
Knowledge of finance management practices with a clear understanding of the relationship between costs, utilization, and project revenue.
Experience
2+ years of demonstrated experience in a similar role.
