If needed, to support or assist with site visits for troubleshooting or simple part replacements during office hours and non-office hours.- Effective cross-department collaboration with the customers, vendors and contractors to set realistic time frames and ensure smooth progress and completion of project or troubleshooting within cost, time and quality standards.- To coordinate, supervise and control contractors' activities at site and ensure compliance of approved works at highest quality of works.- Establish and maintain an orderly filing system for all project-related correspondence and documents, ensuring easy retrieval and organization.- Coordinate the arrangement of agreements for signing and compile necessary documentation.- Keeps Management informed of marketplace information and also to submit activity/results reports, such as weekly work plans and monthly/annual territory analyses/reports.- Undertake additional ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by superiors such as site visits, marketing activities not limited to presenting and promoting products/services, etc. during office hours and non-office hours.- Any other duties assigned by the Management as and when required.**What you will bring along**:- Hold at least a Diploma in a relevant field.- Demonstrate proficient interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.- Must have personal transportation and be willing to travel (if required).- Fresh graduates are welcome.**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Cell phone reimbursement- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Health insurance- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Parental leaveSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusApplication Question(s):- What is your expected salary for this position?License/Certification:- driving/motorcycle license (preferred)
