**Overview**:- **Assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing, and managing of technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality.**:- **Establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all project elements and have the ability to work with various discipline projects.****Responsibilities**:- To perform thorough Site Visit by understanding the Tender Requirements, as well as attending Tender Briefing and Q&A with the customer during tender briefing or site visit- To compile accurate and necessary Engineering Bill of Quantity and Costing as well as the comprehensive User Requirement details- To oversee and maintain the project timeline to deliver on time without increasing the cost for both company and client. This also includes managing the labour cost and their work efficiency.- To have continuous and maintain proper communication with customer/PIC in all aspects of the project as well as to company stakeholders i.e., PM / GM (General Manager)- To prepare a Daily Site Diary that is acknowledged by client. And when necessary, provide the site memo and change request documents for customer acknowledgement before proceeding with any changes to initial work scope. Change Request should also be documented and highlighted to the PM immediately.- Provide necessary reports in writing and pictures on a daily/timely basis. This includes using the smart sheet for timeline/progress update while an immediate approach must be applied for any issue register and directly reporting to Project Manager.- All BQ equipment must be updated daily with valuable information and remarks precisely noted, i.e. Status and exact Location of Installation, Serial Numbers and Products Code/Name noted, Items not Installed and Additional Add-on covered under project cost as well as Change Request.- To ensure the quality of our installation and T&C is carried out in compliance with the required standard and customer expectations.- To identify technical issues and ensure all of them are properly addressed.- To review the engineering tasks and initiate the necessary corrective actions.- To ensure the work safety compliance at all Site/Premises is carried out. This also applies to the Rules & Regulations set by the Client/Building/Project Owner.- All settings & Configuration of the equipment and system must be documented in an orderly manner and shared with all stakeholders from time to time.- To compile all documents in an orderly manner to PMO Office.- When any mishap or issues arise, immediate attention and assistance must be sought. Stakeholders must be informed immediately.- To perform Testing & Commissioning of System, User Acceptance Test and Handover of Project to Customer and Internal Stakeholders- Any other duties as assigned by Project Manager.**Requirements**:- **Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering management or civil engineering or equivalent.**:- **Minimum years of experience in this field or position is 5 years required.**:- Demonstrated experience in managing engineering projects from initiation to completion.- Experience in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets.- Strong technical background in engineering or a related field (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical).- Hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects.- Experience in leading and supervising project teams.- Ability to motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals- Knowledge of leadership principles and effective communication skills.- **An advantage if registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and passed all the Professional Examinations administered by the Board of Engineers Malaysia.****Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridayApplication Question(s):- Do you have 5 years working experience as a Project Engineer which is required for this position?- Do you have hands-on experience in the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects?- Do you have experience in IT sector background?
