Job Scope: Coordinate daily site operationsHandle project on site (shopping mall / Office lot)Study store / office detail drawings and work scheduleHandle vendors and sub-contractorsSet project goals and oversee projects to completion on scheduleWork with Principle to make sure that works is complete according to designRequirements: Minimum 3-4 years relevant experience in store fit-out or in commercial renovation industryGood knowledge of product usage & details, eye for finishing and quality controlWork independent and have good site problem-solving skillsNight works required if project based at shopping mallAble to manage whole renovation project is an added advantageAble to start work immediately is an added advantageCompany will provide vehicle for site workSalary negotiable based on experience, with allowance and commissions
