In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing project-related tasks by coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth project operations across different regions: the US, Europe, and APAC.
This role involves managing customer master data, coordinating project budgets, handling bank documents, and ensuring compliance with tax and customs regulations.Job Responsibilities:Set up and update customer master data in the system.Ensure that payment terms for projects are accurately maintained in the system.Enter project orders and create initial budgets in the system.Facilitate sold-to party creation in the system.Resolve any discrepancies related to missing transfer prices and ensure proper maintenance of material extensions in the system.Assist in completing the Bank Guarantee Form and ensure the thoroughness of external bank applications.Facilitate communication among relevant stakeholders regarding Letters of Credit (LC), while also managing the necessary documents for Bank Guarantees (BG) and Western Bonds (WB) related to projects.Oversee the documentation process for missing depository of Standing Instruction (SI) with banks and coordinate the arrangement of signatories for necessary documents.Address and resolve customer credit issues.Collaborate with relevant parties to address project-related tax issues and resolve any matters concerning the expiration of tax-exempt certificates.Generate and distribute billing invoices, commercial invoices, delivery notes and credit notes as requested.
Serve as a backup to load sales invoices into customers' portals or systems.Comply the necessary documents for customs clearance.Act as an inland logistics coordinator, ensure proper delivery is in place, and address any missing HS codes.Coordinate the application and issuance of Certificates of Origin Allocate costs accurately to projects and ensure that appropriate approvals are obtained.Coordinate accounts receivable and past-due collections.Job Requirements:3-5 years of experience in project administration and/or customer service.Proactive and flexible team player with excellent coordination skills and a demonstrated ability in document control support.Ability to manage priorities according to the demands of a project environment.Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred.Strong skills in Excel and Word; experience with SAP is a plus.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Join our
