Project Coordinator / Event Management / Admin Assistant

What You'll Do



-Assist in planning and organization of a programme that provides training, mentorship, and support to entrepreneurs


-Work closely with entrepreneurs, mentors, speakers, and partners to make sure everyone is informed and involved.


-Plan events like workshops and networking sessions, and manage vendors to handle things like venues and catering.


-Keep the programme running on time and on budget while ensuring a great experience for everyone involved.

-Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration/or any relevant qualification


-Fluent in English (Verbal and Written)


-Someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and helping others succeed.


-Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.


-Excited to take on challenges, learn quickly, and grow in a fast-paced environment.


-Experience in managing projects or events is helpful, but your enthusiasm and willingness to learn are what matter most!
