Job ResponsibilitiesAssist Project Manager in matters pertaining to project management and development process such as 
Participate in the planning and designing stage with project consultants.Assist in plan and specification analysis in order to provide clear, trackable, and coordinated interpretations of the design/ drawings for submission, tender and construction, thus liaise with all the consultants in expediting drawings and related information.Periodically update the team on work progress for presentation to the ManagementJob RequirementsAt least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Architectural/ Project Management and or related courses.At least 1 years of working experience in property developer or construction, experience in consultancy will be added advantage.Knowledgeable in Project Development Planning is advantage.Understand the detail drawings and standard.SkillsExcellent knowledge of design and visualization software as AutoCAD & Microsoft, Sketch up or other relevant.Familiarity with rules, regulations, and performance standards.
