Project Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:- Prepares status reports to project manager and regularly monitors the progress/budgets, contractor's performance and schedules.- Monitoring compliance to QAQC policies, performance standards and specifications including requirements conforms to the overall design of the structural/civil/mechanical/electrical works and architectural design.- Interacting with the consultant/clients to interpret their needs and requirements.- Attending the relevant meetings and resolving site issue.- Assist project team in enhancing site safety and project documentation.**Job Requirements**:- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in construction planning/works.- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards- Assist in value engineering to optimise project cost.- Able to handle project independently with minimum supervision.
