**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information.- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes.- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.- Make sure that clients needs are met as projects evolve.- Analyze risks and opportunities.- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.- Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers.- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.- Thai languages consultation and system training to new implementation customer for the system package customer subscripted.- Ensure all customer integration specific issues are resolved or escalated to the proper resources to resolve in a timely fashion.- Lead communications/expectations to customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships.- Take ownership of issues reported for resolution, working with development team as necessary.- Document troubleshooting and problem resolution steps.- Participation and partner with trainer in providing training (Thai) to customers as required.- Perform other related duties as assigned or required.**Job Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement.- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.- A fast learner with strong analytical, assessment and problem-solving skills.- Outstanding customer service, organizational, communication skills (written and verbal skills) and excellent phone manner in Thai.- Resourceful, high energy, independent-minded, can-do attitude.- Hardworking, Goal orientated and responsible.- Self-starter and have a good teamwork attitude.- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.- Willing to work flexible hours as when required.- PMP / PRINCE2 certification is added advantage.- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
