End Client: Client name to be disclosed once the candidates profile is short listed Roles and Responsibilities of a Project Coordinator The roles and responsibilities of a project coordinator include:
• Facilitating project-related communication among all stakeholders
• Maintaining project documentation, reports, and records
• Coordinating and allocating project resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment
• Identifying and addressing project risks and issues
• Ensuring project quality by monitoring deliverables, reviewing work processes, and providing feedback to the project team.
Skills Required for a Project Coordinator The skills required for a project coordinator include:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Preferably Bahasa Malay)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Familiar with OTT Landscape like - VOD ingestion, encoding, Audio Video format, CDN, CMS, client Apps - web, mobiles and TVs, video SDKs etc.
• Have experience in managing OTT app development or OTT platform implementation projects.
Qualifications Required for a Project Coordinator
• Bachelor's degree – any stream
• Additionally, certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, is an added advantage.
Experience Required :
• 5-7yrs – 01Position
• 10-12yrs - 01Position
Salary Range : Salary is negotiable according to the skill and experience of the candidate
Engagement Type : Contractual / Renewal
Note: Selected Candidates have to undergo initial 02 weeks of mandatory training on the product specification. Work Schedule:
