You will ensure the smooth operation of our administrative processes, supporting various functional teams including project management, finance, and authority application.
Focuses on SAP functions and authority application matters to ensure the smooth operation of our back-office processes.
The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of SAP systems, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to communicate with various stakeholders effectively.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the application process for necessary permits, licenses, and approvals required for commercial operations of solar construction projects.
Liaise with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of permits and licenses and ensure timely submission to the regulatory bodies.
Provide administrative support to the back-office team, including managing correspondence, and organizing documentation.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, and regulatory agencies to facilitate smooth operations and gather necessary information for back-office processes.
Manage SAP functions related to procurement, invoicing, and project budget tracking.
Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the SAP system.
Serve as a point of contact for department inquiries related to SAP functions and authority application matters.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent.
Familiarity with authority application processes and regulations in the solar construction industry is advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
Proven experience working with SAP systems, with a good understanding of procurement, invoicing, and project budgeting modules.
