Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced and organized professional to oversee operations related to manpower supply, fabrication services, and material sourcing.
The role involves coordinating with clients, managing resources, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Manpower Supply:
Recruitment & Deployment : Identify, recruit, and deploy skilled and unskilled manpower as per project requirements.
Compliance Management : Ensure all employees adhere to labor laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Workforce Coordination : Maintain schedules, monitor attendance, and address workforce issues promptly.
Fabrication Services:
Project Planning : Coordinate fabrication projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client specifications.
Quality Assurance : Monitor fabrication processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
Resource Allocation : Ensure appropriate materials, tools, and labor are available for fabrication tasks.
Procurement : Source high-quality materials, negotiate with suppliers, and manage inventory efficiently.
Logistics : Oversee the transportation and delivery of materials to project sites.
Cost Management : Control material costs to maintain profitability while ensuring quality.
General Responsibilities:
Client Relations : Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and addressing concerns.
Budget Management : Develop and manage budgets for projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of manpower, materials, and project progress.
Problem-Solving : Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education : Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience : Minimum of 3-5 years in manpower supply, fabrication, or materials management.
Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with fabrication processes, material types, and industry standards.
Skills :Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.Certifications : Safety certifications (e.g., OSHA) are an advantage.
