Job ResponsibilitiesTo perform necessary project coordination between the Consultants and the Contractor.
To coordinate with all Contractors for the submission of shop drawings for consultants' approval.
To coordinate the Bills of Quantity in relation to construction drawings.
To produce a coordination drawing for the Infra and Underground services.
To coordinate with the contractor for implementation of the works.
To coordinate with the contractor for the submission of As-Built drawing and operation manual upon completion of the projects.
To organize the coordination meeting with the contractors and consultants.
Job Specification – Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & SkillsDegree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or any relevant qualification.
Min 4-5 years working experience in M&E or Civil Engineering.
Knowledgeable in AutoCAD.
Good interpersonal skills especially with local authorities, consultants, contractors, and all levels of staff.
Problem-solving and able to work in a team.
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, or Primavera.
Must be result-oriented and a good team player.
Organized, analytical, meticulous with a positive working attitude.
