This is a challenging and exciting role in Lexi Penang.
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key part in leading people and ensuring a project is carried through.
Working closely with the Operations Team, which includes Data Management, Quality, CSM, and Production teams, you are responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk management, and escalation of issues.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate must have an EMS background with customer-facing skills, fluent English (written & spoken), and will undergo extensive training in various departments before being verified as an experienced Project Leader.
You will be responsible for specific project/projects, attend customer meetings, take notes, generate and develop good project plans, execute, and finally ensure the project deliverables are on time with minimal quality findings.

Your skills and what you will do:
1-3 years EMS background will be a good advantage
Min Diploma and above in any related discipline with excellent English (written and spoken)
Excellent presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Customer-facing experience and good communication skills with global customers and suppliers
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Understand customers' requirements and meet delivery timelines
Discuss customer feedback with the internal team, decide the priority and complexity of the action points
Coordinate all approved open action points with respective teams and meet predetermined deadlines
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
Great documentation and note-taking skills in customer meetings
Adaptable to dynamic changes
Self-confident and open to new challenges
