Project Coordinator

Job Description:  Liase with client about PO request by Client.Ordering Stock from site request and client.Liase with Designer/Client, Factory and Sales Teams.Recordkeeping responsibilities may include sales & expense reports, sales proposals for prospective customers.Handle Sales Administration functions related to ongoing, under construction and completed project.To ensure proper filling system and information posted in system is up to date. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Construction or other relevant courses will be in advantage.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Minimum 1 year (s) of working experience is required.Willing to learn, hardworking, self-disciplined, able to complete task within timeline given.Experience in Formwork System Design & Constructions will be an advantage.Position to be based in Oasis Office Suites, Jalan PJU 1A/7A, Ara Damansara.Urgent Position Required.Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Power Point.Strong organizational skill may be required.
