Project Coordinator

Coordination and supervise works at site Sourcing of materials / suppliersEnsuring work completed and run smoothlyReport to Project Manager/Director of the overall progress of the projectEnsure that all works carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and procedures within the time line givenEnsure works quality is achieved and safety regulations are compliedAttend project meeting and liaise or coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors and workersMonitor material usage & wastage at siteCommission will be given for every project.Requirements: Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in interior fit-out or a related project or in renovation industryGood knowledge of product usage & details, eye for finishing and quality controlPro-active, independent and have good problem-solving skillsNight works required if project based at mallAble to manage whole renovation project is an added advantageAble to start work immediately is an added advantageWith or without experience, fresh graduates are encourage to applyPosses own transportSalary negotiable based on experience, with allowance and commissions
