Project Coordinator

Company Background: We are representing a fast growing Air Filter Company in Puchong.
Currently looking for Project Coordinator to join the team.
Job Responsibilities: Assist in develop of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and contractors.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project specifications and standards are met.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, reports, and presentations.
Identify potential issues and develop solutions with team to mitigate risks.
Address technical challenges and resolve project-related conflicts.
Coordinate communication between project stakeholders.
Facilitate information flow within the project team Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Assist in the procurement of project materials and supplies.
Coordinate logistics for project activities and events.
Job Requirements: At least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in Project coordinator role.
Able to multi task/ handle multiple projects.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
