Project Coordinator (Interior Design)

Responsibilities for Site Supervisor: Clear communication with team members, clients, and subcontractors is crucial.Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities daily.Supervising, coordinating, monitoring, inspection & review of work progress on site.Preparing & submitting work progress reports & managing schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of site, equipment & materials.Supervise and evaluate vendors/ suppliers/ subcons & keep accurate records of workers attendance.Set project goals and oversee projects to completion, schedule and track assignments.Ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.Control and monitor site cleanliness & work place comply to applicable local authority regulations.Site Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or Degree Certificate in a interior design construction related field.Minimum 3 years of interior design construction site supervisory experience.Proven experience working as a Site Supervisor.Strong knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards, equipment, materials, understanding of construction terms, scheduling and planning concepts.Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, MS Excel & Power Point.Good analytical, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.Reading comprehension of technical drawings.Good written and excellent communication and leadership qualities.Strong analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Must be willing for travelling as instructed by management.Must have own transport.
