Job Overview
Due to the expansion of our business in Malaysia, we are looking for someone to take on a wide range of responsibilities, including supporting management and ongoing projects (such as interpretation).
Since we established a local subsidiary in Malaysia in August 2023, this is a new challenge for our company. If you are interested in being involved in the initial phase of building an organization, please feel free to apply.

Job Responsibilities



-Supporting and managing the progress of projects in Malaysia


-Attending meetings and business trips


-Preparing and filing documents


-Interpreting and translating (Malay ? Japanese) during local workshops


-Handling procedures related to orders and deliveries in client work


-Supporting recruitment and onboarding procedures

-Japanese language proficiency (equivalent to N2 or higher)


-Malay language proficiency (conversational level)


-Mandarin language proficiency (business level)


-At least 3 years of working experience
