Project Coordinator (Lahad Datu)

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinate with site team, consultant and client on all site related matters
• Coordinate and review monthly progress claim
• Prepare monthly progress report, subcon claim certificate
• Liaise with purchaser on material submission
• Maintain after-sales service with the client to support ad hoc site issue
• Communicate with client/owner/end-user effectively with proper understanding by interpreting their needs and requirement
• Attend and participate in any site meeting daily/weekly/monthly with client/owner/end-user by delivering up-to-date project progress.
• Plan, coordinate, and compile engineering design work with client/designer/consultant/contractor
• Engineering drawing preparation
• Prepare site report as per project requirement
• Prepare/cooridinate Method of Statement for the construction work
• Coordinate with site safety supervisor to ensure the workplace is safe and approved for work
QUALIFICATION, SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
• At least a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
• Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu, English.
• Preferred mandarin speaking candidates
• Able to work under pressure and fast pace working environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in Ms Office and Autocad.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices.
