Project Cost Controller

**REQUIREMENT**- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction / Building / Project Management / Pre U or A Level Certification.- Minimum 2 years working experience preferably in construction environment- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.- Good interpersonal and communication skill and a team player.- Knowledge of computer skills. (Eg. Autocad Reader, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Words, Autocad 2010, Glodon Software and other relevant Software will be added advantage)- Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Taking off work quantities for planning purpose- Calculation and estimation of project tender- Compile and compare quotation and summarizing of sub-contract- Negotiate with sub-contractors- Attends site meeting organized by the client's representative- Prepare progress payment claim, quotation and variation order- Any other duties that deem necessary from time to time- Carry out duties and responsibilities specified in relevant Quality Procedures and comply to Quality Management System, Procedures and Instruction.
