JobDescription Toensure clients' need are satisfied by constructing partnershipsbetween the company, clients, vendors and subcontractororganizations.
KeyAccountabilities Gainan awareness of the necessary level of financial control forprojects; learning how to budget, forecast, invoice and maintaintight management of ongoing project budgets.Gain a good understanding of internal department roles,project stages and administrative processes to aid the smoothmanagement from initial brief to final build, delivery and projectreporting. Respond to client requirements asspecified in the contract or SLA.Act as a primary pointof contact for client needs requirements and expectations withregards to assigned project. Key Roles Primary contact for the assigned project onservice delivery and support the Project Manager in identifyinggrowth opportunities and contract profitability.Support end-to-end planning, build and delivery ofassigned project. Assist with managing thedelivery output process, including briefing client feedback to teammembers and assist in managing delivery of key stages ofwork. Major contribution to overall clientsatisfaction for project delivery. Addressperformance in troubled units/departments to achieve productivityobjectives. Provide input of key documentsinto project/account repositories. Managebackup/recovery plans, disaster backup scenarios, capacitymanagement and risk management, communication with the client andbusiness compliance to industry rules and guidance. TeamWork Attend andcontribute to team meetings in a positive manner.Share information with team members.Be comfortable in working with allstakeholders. Collaborate with other teammembers to apply new ideas, practices and tools to improve theteam's effectiveness. Perform other duties asrequired, including covering absences/leave whererequired. Job Requirements Diploma or University degree in ComputerScience/ Engineering or a related discipline.A natural team player attitude.Excellent customer service and a good communicator.Communicate effectively in English with all customers andstakeholders. Able to adapt to change andrespond positively when faced with new challenges.Able to work autonomously, investigate and thinkanalytically to problem-solve in a creative manner.Good financial acumen. Be proactiveand timely to support the deployment of projects ensuring quality,accuracy and practicality of all tasks.Excellent time management and organizational skills, withdemonstrable experience of working under pressure to tightdeadlines and managing multiple work streams with conflictingpriorities. Experience in credit collectionfor BFSI and/or telecommunication industry, & knowledge ofcredit collection workflow from pre-due to recovery is an addedadvantage.
