Responsibilities:Obligation to ensure that the action is taken:
Budgetting:Review, manage and update project budget on a quarterly basis.
Contract & Procurement Support:Participate with Client Contract and Procurement (C&P) in the tendering stage until the award of the work including Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Commercial Bid Evaluation (CBE).
Contractor Management:Manage the Implementation Contractor at the Execute phase, from Kick Off Meeting, Progress Meetings, JMS & JHA Review, etc., ensuring Client's requirements are complied with.
Coordination:Coordinate with Reliability & Integrity (R&I), Sustain & Improvement (SI), and Maintenance team on the maintenance plan for the new asset installed.
Cost Control:Project cost control to ensure project progress in line with the planned quarterly Latest Estimate (LE), including management of scope changes (VO) and Cost Control Sheet.
Documentation:Review technical documents such as engineering design, work method statement, procedure, project execution plan, etc., which includes consultant and contractor deliverables.
Front End:Plan and manage the integration of engineering work that includes engagement with design consultant in accordance with project intent and Client's specification requirement.Consult with operation and technical support staff to verify the scope of work, design & operability of the project in development.
Develop and present proposal that includes conducting cost estimate to the management for the Investment Proposal (IP) of the project.Front End to Execution:Work closely with PDE to ensure smooth project transition from front end (Select/Define phase, including involvement in Opportunity Framing Workshop, Constructability Review, Technical Bid Evaluation) through to Execute phase.Ensure project compliance with Client's Distribution Global Assurance Maintenance & Execution (D-GAME) process and local Authorities.Project Management:Lead the respective project team (at assigned Terminal or Terminals) to ensure projects are delivered as per Client's requirements, in accordance with T&S' Opportunity Delivery Manual (ODM).Planning, executing the project, development of project schedule and milestones in alignment and agreement with Client.
Determine preliminary project schedule by studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.Reports:Provide monthly project progress updates in the client system.
Stakeholders Management:Manage interfacing with relevant stakeholders, including Project Manager, Terminal Manager, Facilities Engineer (FE), Contracting & Procurement (CP), and Contractor PMT.#J-18808-Ljbffr
