Responsibilities:Lead in IM and RFI development across MY Development team.
Manage and support the IM process across the Development Team together with the RFI for internal/external approvals.
Analyze financial feasibility and viability of the project.
Develop strategies for Large Scale developments based on existing programs such as NEDA, TPA, CRESS, LSS, etc.
Secure land for large scale development.
Plan, organize, and execute all activities related to proposal submission, ensuring alignment with both the client's needs and the company's offer.
Perform desktop credit checks.
Support coordination of the efforts of the team, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities across the development process.
Enhance Sales Platform & liquidity Planning.
Own the pipeline dashboard and support RfD, RfI, liquidity planning across all opportunities in SEA.
Engage with Government and authority together with mapping out the current and upcoming policies within SEA with support from Business Development Team on market trends and research.
Manage stakeholders for existing clients and support in land scouting when needed.
