We understand the importance of helping companies to play their part in creating a net-zero world, with long-term, low-cost, sustainable energy solutions.What you will doGo to market and analysis to identify emerging customers, and potential growth areas.Develop business development strategies to capitalize on opportunities for origination pipeline 2024/2025/2026.Develop strategies for Large Scale developments based on existing programs such as NEDA, TPA, CRESS, LSS, etc.Secure land for large scale development.Collaborate with management to define market strategies and target segments.Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and internal colleagues for work efficiency.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.Anticipate client requirements and propose tailored solutions to customer satisfaction.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, presentations, and pitches to showcase our services.Lead the preparation of competitive bids, proposals, and tender responses, ensuring alignment with client specifications and project requirements.Identify and evaluate potential partners, subcontractors, and technology providers.Foster collaborative relationships with industry stakeholders, including equipment suppliers, engineering firms, and regulatory bodies.Collaborate closely with project management teams to transition from business development to project execution.Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams, facilitating effective communication and alignment with client expectations.Monitor project progress, milestones, and deliverables, intervening as needed to resolve issues and mitigate risks.What's in it for you?A flexible working environment so that you can maintain a positive work-life balance.A diverse and inclusive team with a strong culture focusing on employee health and wellbeing.The possibility to make a positive contribution to our planet and use your knowledge to set new standards in Renewable Energy.About BayWa r.e.BayWa r.e. is the home for change makers.
