The company has over 1,000 employees across ten locations worldwide, and its services include HR administration, HRIS software, payroll services, HR consulting, recruitment, legal compliance, employee passes, and employee contracts.Role DescriptionThe Project Director will oversee and coordinate all aspects of project management from project initiation to close, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site role located in Johor Bahru.QualificationsProven track record in managing and completing complex projects on time and within budgetDemonstrated experience in leading project teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in Agile methodology and project management tools such as Jira and TrelloAbility to work collaboratively and independentlyBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldPMP or other project management certification is a plus
