Its continued expansion in current markets will be complemented by additional new market entry in 2025 and as such, there is a need to bolster its team.
This includes the proposed appointment of a Project Director.The PositionReporting to a Regional Head of Project Development, whilst leading an in-country project delivery team, the appointed individual will steer multiple warehouse logistic projects in Malaysia.
Responsibilities will include typical project development milestone management, technical dimensions (pre-construction, construction, handover, and budget management).The PersonInterested candidates will possess an appropriate Degree (Civil / Architecture) and a minimum of 10+ years' experience managing industrial factory or logistics warehouse development projects.
