Project Director

Job Description
1. Responsible for the management of TI Project (Site installation) of YPTT Malaysia ZTE project, including project/site acquisition, progress management, quality control, material management, project acceptance, etc.;
2. Manage and control local PM work plans in each region, make sure delivery on time with quality and quantity;
3. Project Productivity Manage and Costing Control
4. Manage and maintain TI projects Tracker update, and assist the Chinese PD in the settlement with customers or subcontractors;
5. Responsible for communication and coordination with ZTE PD/PM on the customer side to ensure the progress and quality satisfaction of TI projects;
6. Assist in cooperating with other departments of YPTT
Job requirements:
1. Majors related to computer, information management, and engineering management, with a college degree or above;
2. More than five years of experience in operator base station engineering TI projects, at least two years of project management experience;
3. Requires strong communication and organizational skills, a spirit of research and innovation, the ability to endure hardships, and obey the management arrangements of the project team;
4. Good English, and those who can speak Mandarin are preferred
5. Familiar with ZTE base station equipment, antenna feeder BBU, RRU, AAU installation and removal, those with dual network integration project experience are preferred;
6. Familiar with the use of office software, and good at data management and analysis.
7. The work station is Selangor and can be transferred to other state/countries according to the company's business development;
8. The required time to start work is mid-to-late November 2024
Package:
1. Salary budget RM10,000-RM15,000
2. Project annual target bonus
