We are currently seeking 03 project engineers to join our Project Management team.(01 Mandarin-speaking to communicate with Chinese counterparts for an ongoing railway project)What you'll be doing:Plan work and materials while tracking material stock levels using a stock card.Prepare submissions for approval, including method statements and material approvals.Examine project specifications and manage technical clarifications.Oversee daily site activities and productivity with updated progress report to ensure project timelines are met.Ensure high standards of workmanship and quality, and compliance with project requirements.Oversee the general labour force and monitor the work progress of subcontractors.Supervise the procurement and delivery of materials on-site according to the specifications.Participate in all site meetings and inspections as necessary.Ensure prompt progress reporting and accurate documentation for all site activities.Maintain regular communication with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors at all levels.Motivate teammates, workers, and subcontractors with positive energy to encourage efficient and collaborative work.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.Qualifications:Diploma in Electrical/Power Engineering with minimum 1–2 years relevant working experience.Experience in similar EPC companies is an advantage.Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and BIM software.Fresh graduates with BEng (Electrical/Power) welcome to apply.Experienced mid-senior engineers will also be considered.A successful applicant for the Project Engineer role:Is well-articulated in technical details verbally and in written form.Possesses strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and as a team.About Refine Engineering (REfine):We are a rapidly growing electrical engineering and construction company with a strong presence in Malaysia and Singapore.
