A minimum of a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical), Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Preferably Junior Executives with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Willingness and ability to travel for outstation assignments and work on construction sites.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and project teams.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor daily site activities, ensuring work quality meets project specifications while adhering to safety protocols.
Act as the liaison between contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in preparing tenders, project planning, and management, including defining project objectives, responsibilities, specifications, and schedules.
Track and report on project progress, identifying any issues or delays and proposing solutions to keep the project on track.
Enforce site safety procedures, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Contribute to the coordination of site activities and the resolution of any on-site challenges to ensure the timely and successful completion of projects.
Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by senior management.
