Project Engineer

The Project Engineer is responsible for providing technical oversight and support throughout the project lifecycle. They review project scope, estimate work hours, and develop engineering and architectural drawings. The role involves identifying and addressing technical or logistical challenges, ensuring the quality and completeness of the project deliverables. Project Engineers collaborate with internal teams and external vendors, evaluating products and coordinating necessary resources for successful project execution. They provide regular project updates, assist in monitoring the project budget, and contribute to system testing and commissioning. The Project Engineer plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient implementation of projects, meeting client requirements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:Lead the design, planning and implementation of projects
Define the definition of project scope, goals, dependencies and deliverables
Coordinate, manage and motivate project teams
Manage the project budget, proactively monitoring changes to project scope, identifying potential problems and devising contingency plans
Identify resources required, select appropriate project personnel and assign individual responsibilities
Prepare and track project timelines
Ensure that project team personnel apply the company's installation methodology and quality standards
Produce and issue reports on project progress and minimise the company's exposure to risk and financial loss during the project lifecycle
Maintain an awareness of, and compliance with, the company's Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety policies and procedures
Open up and maintain effective channels of communication with stakeholders, project teams and 3rd party contractors throughout the projects
Professional Skills & Abilities:Hardworking, versatile, disciplined, self-motivated, good interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, mature and responsible.
Analytical, able to work independently and handle multi-tasking.
Able to relocate or willing to work outstation.
Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCad#J-18808-Ljbffr
