A day in the life of...
Determine project responsibility by identifying project stages and elements, assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing manufacturing/ fabrication plant.
Determine project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements and performance standards, completing technical studies.
Determine project schedule by studying project plans and specification.
Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems.
Responsible for the project management and operation with support from project team in Wuhan and APC CSG team in Malaysia.
Coordinate with all parties involved (internal & external) when executing the project. Monitoring all phases of project through various reports and communicate to customers.
Ensure commitments to customers are met including on time delivery performance and all necessary documentation is received from customers.
Liaise with customers effectively and carry out continual improvement.
Control project plan by reviewing designs, specification, plan and schedules with Wuhan's project and quality team.
Control project cost by selecting proper supplier and vendor and get cost approval from project team in Wuhan.
Supervise skilled employees and liaise with external contractor to ensure jobs are done satisfactory.
Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information and trends.
Other assigned duties as required by superior / management from time to time.
What will make you successful
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 - 2 years' working experience in Air Filtration Equipment, Cleanroom or HVAC industry. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
Multi-lingual skills in speaking and writing will be an added advantage.
Strong analysis, planning, Initiative & able to work independently.
Possess good negotiation & decision-making skills.
Systematic & positive problem-solving approach.
