How you will do it:
Establish and maintain appropriate relationships with customers, enabling the company to be active & leading, speedy response time, highly profitable, and in an excellent payment collection position at all times.
External communication with customers, consultants, general contractors, supervision, design institutes, and other construction units; manage site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Internal communication and work closely with project managers, administration, sales, procurement, and other departments to ensure overall company objectives and performance are achieved.
Prepare project documentation such as weekly or monthly reports, Project Plans, Technical Documents, Material Document Submissions, drawings, and O&M.
Participate in the regular meetings of the project; allocate, arrange, and complete the relevant work on time according to the meeting requirements and report daily or weekly progress on site.
Manage, monitor, and track projects and control costs to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet contractual and safety standards.
Ensure submission of progress claims and invoicing to customers.
Order materials as per Project BOM and monitor/track the delivery schedule.
Implement safety measures to ensure all work is done safely.
Perform system configuration, testing, commissioning, and handover to the client.
Hand over to the service team upon the successful completion of the project.
What we look for:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
Experience in traffic, ELV, or security industries is an added advantage.
PW3 or PW4 certification is an added advantage.
Preferably 1 to 3 years of working experience.
Familiarity with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa with both internal and external stakeholders.
Good interpersonal skills and communication with both internal and external parties.
