Project Engineer

-Manage master schedules, project time lines and milestones; ensure planning
of equipment tools, machinery, people resources (including contractors and
subcontractors) are organized to meet project timing


-Work directly with project team member and subcontractor to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget and with quality workmanship that conforms to clients expectation and requirements


-Coordinate with other related internal departments to ensure goods are supplied on time and tracking status


-Provide weekly updates for all current and prospective projects to management


-Manage project during preconstruction process till project completion including billing and collection; pre-award activities include site surveys, feasibility reviews, subcontractor selection, coordination and submission of related documents to clients, ensure all work permits / requirements and project scope is confirmed with customer 


-Responsible for tendering of projects, costing, quotations and meeting prospective clients


-Overall liaison person with product principals and customers

; Requirements:-


-Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related discipline


-No less than 2-3 years working experience in related field (previous experience with loading dock equipment and material handling is beneficial)


-Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills, fluent in English, Bahasa and Mandarin/Chinese dialect


-Good communication skills, able to interact from plant operator, dock workers up to board room presentation


-Strong leadership skills, capable of planning, good organization skills, coordinating duties among members of workforce


-Possess good interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team


-Self-motivated, quick learner, positive attitude and able to work under tight schedule to meet deadlines


-Good selling, negotiation skills and sales result-oriented


-Able to multi-task and attention to details 


-Possess own transport and willing to travel
