Job Responsibilities:
Project Execution:Execute engineering development for projects, including:
Control system integration and consultation
Project kickoff and scheduling
Generate/candidate/approve IO listing and engineering drawings
Program development for PLC, touch panel, SCADA, etc.; including testing and debugging
Carry out FAT, SAT, site testing, and commissioningEnsure all engineering development meets quality expectations and comply with safety standards.
Plan, organize, and conduct project meetings and training as needed.
Coordinate with Engineers or subcontractors in executing site work and prepare field service reports.
Project Planning:Plan and execute projects within stipulated man-days.
Ensure projects are executed within quoted schedules and achieve project profitability with double-digit margins.
Assist and advise sales personnel on sales proposals for control system configuration, integration, and cost.Continuous Improvement & New Solution Development:Identify key improvement areas in project deployment and solutions, such as program standardization using templates.
Enhance project management skills, including delegation, planning, and organizing.
Upskill knowledge and competencies in assigned product lines and solutions.
Identify, plan, and improve engineering work processes for standardization and easier future deployment.Collaboration with Sales Department:Work closely with the sales and management teams to identify customer challenges and requirements.
Propose and conduct system testing (POC), presentations, and/or training.
Provide technical support on control system configuration, advice, and troubleshooting.
Prepare and conduct technical training (including designing and developing training kits, manuals/materials) for SI Partners, distributors, and customers.Documentation and Housekeeping:Report directly to the Project Manager on project implementation progress and deliverables.
Ensure project documents, programs, drawings, FAT, SAT, Field Service Reports, etc., are updated and stored in the Project Storage Folder.
Maintain proper records and updates of all hardware assets, including loaned, stock, or customer samples.Requirements:
Industrial knowledge with experience in manufacturing processes.
Deep understanding of PLC / SCADA / Networking Technologies.
Strong program development skills on PLC, HMI, SCADA, and network configuration.
Excellent problem-solving skills with electronics workbench tools, ACAD, CAD, basic electronics and control circuits, and other engineering drawings.
Proficient in Microsoft Software – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
Basic C-Language and database assistance to sales on technical consultation and coordination of projects.#J-18808-Ljbffr
