Project Engineer

Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinating and managing solar PV projects and Energy storage system installation work, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Participate in project planning activities, including creating project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Help identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact project timelines or quality.
Support the preparation and submission of project documentation, permits, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Assist in monitoring project progress, tracking milestones, and reporting on key performance indicators.
Contribute to effective communication and liaison with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates and addressing inquiries as needed.
Learn to use project management software and tools to organize tasks and monitor project status.
Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Solar/ Renewable/Electrical engineering or related field
Good knowledge and experience of PV system and energy storage systems design and installation
Good communication and interpersonal skills which is essential for project work
Self-motivated, hardworking, enthusiastic
Willing to put in overtime when necessary to meet project deadlines.
Familiar with fieldbus and other industrial communication protocols including Modbus, TCP/IP etc.
