Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee project development from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress & attend site meetings when necessary.
Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Proficiency in using industry-specific software tools such as CAD software for design and other technical analysis tools.
Adept in creating 3D architectural models for lighting simulation and rendering for lighting projects using Dialux/Relux/SketchUp will be a plus.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Sound knowledge and proven track record in technical hotel systems/smart home/ELV/control system will be preferred.
Proven experience in project engineering, preferably within the lighting or electrical industry.
Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Possess a go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
High level of initiative and integrity, result-driven, and able to work under pressure in a timely manner.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Remuneration:
MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000
