We are looking for a Problem Solver to help the community and share our knowledge to our clients.
Responsibilities
You will be coordinating on project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope & requirement and within budget.
You will be developing project schedules, resource plans, risk management plans and track progress against them.
You will be assisting on problem management processes, including finding the root cause analysis, defining corrective and preventive actions, and coordinating with other teams to implement solutions.
You will be assisting the technical support team on technical issues raised by customers through tickets and provide customers with a resolution
You will be analysing, monitoring & reporting the service performance metrics on existing services, identify areas for improvement, propose enhancement and upgrade plans, and communicate these recommendations to sales and customer technical teams.
You will be conducting pre-sales technical analysis, provide clarification and technical expertise to support sales and customer teams.
You will be developing and maintaining positive relationship with key stakeholders.

Qualification Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree within related field or equivalent practical experience
1 – 2 years of relevant working experience is ideal, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
