Responsibilities:
• Event Planning and Coordination: Actively participate in the planning and execution of a variety of events, including conferences, workshops, seminars, and webinars.
• Logistics Management: Oversee event logistics, such as venue selection, transportation arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
• Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of services and materials
. • On-Site Management: Provide on-site support during events, including registration, attendee management, and technical assistance.
• Post-Event Follow-Up: Assist with post-event tasks, such as data analysis, evaluation reports, and follow-up communications.
• Administrative Support: Handle administrative duties related to events, such as creating event materials, updating databases, and managing budgets.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in event management, marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, with a strong understanding of event logistics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
