Job DescriptionProject Executive II shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:Take Ownership & Lead ProjectsManage Category C and D projects independently and provide vital support for Category A and B projects.Be the cornerstone of project success, from kickoff to completion.Deliver Excellence, End-to-EndOversee deliverables across contracts, customer specifications, organizational goals, and compliance smooth coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Build Customer RelationshipsAct as a trusted partner for clients, addressing project matters and technical changes customer satisfaction through strong communication and tailored solutions.Achieve Project GoalsLead your team to deliver on time, within budget, and with the highest milestones like sample submissions, product approvals, and process audits are met flawlessly.Strategize & CollaborateCoordinate RFQs, meet price targets, and provide accurate data for cost calculations.Collaborate with department heads to secure resources and ensure seamless execution.Share Insights & Drive DecisionsProvide regular, actionable project updates to leadership to inform key decisions.Influence organizational success through your innovative solutions and dedication.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.Over 8 years in R&D or development roles, with at least 4-7 years in project management.Hands-on expertise in project management knowledge areas (preferably PMI standards).Automotive industry experience is a big advantage, especially familiarity with IATF 16949 standards.PMP certification is highly preferred, reflecting your project management excellence.Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills in a global, cross-functional environment.A confident communicator, capable of delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences.Additional InformationLeave Entitlement Annual Leave, Medical Leave and etcCompany Insurances and etc
