Project Executive

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for identification of lands for planning developments, feasibility studies, market research, project costing and concept design of the developments.
Review and coordinate with consultant team on tender exercise, contract documents, drawings and preparing recommendation report to Management.
Dealing with consultant team on authority submission and to obtain all necessary approvals in a timely manner.
Perform ad-hoc assignments related to the job as and when required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
At least a Degree or Diploma in Town Planning or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar position in construction or property development industry.
Experience/involvement in development/township is an added advantage.
Experience in doing Feasibility studies.
Self-motivated, positive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Resourceful and analytical.
